The Beast has arrived πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦

4 weeks ago we had a request for a 4wd vehicle that could pull casualties off the battle field as the traditional ambulances were getting stuck.

Incredibly, within 3 days, Ian Bathe donated his pride and joy, a fully off-road prepped Toyota Surf, capable of taking a stretcher across very challenging terrain-ideal.

Things were moving quickly, we had Nigel Doherty ready to take it into Ukraine but needed food. We ran a quick 24hr appeal with The Wooden Walls Pub in Collingtree and raised 600 tins of food.

The food and other essentials(including 3 generators &nightvision) were loaded and sent.

From the initial request, the vehicle was sourced, loaded and sent within 5 days.
It was a real team effort and want to thank everyone involved.

I can confirm that this vehicle is now working right on the front and doing what it was sent to do.

This would not have been possible without you.

We are going to keep doing this for as long as is required. If you have any food, meds, military kit, they can be dropped off at Combat Cellar NN5 5HS or Wooden Walls Pub NN4 0NE. Alternatively if you possibly have a 4wd you no longer need please get in touch ASAP.

You are making a difference. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦
