Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options

Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout. The options available may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Free Tracked Delivery

We provide free delivery with full tracking on all orders over £70.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided for tracked services once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes, fuel shortages or breakdowns. We will assist wherever reasonably possible, but carrier delays do not constitute a failure to dispatch your order on time.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
